Lead Coach
Experienced, trustworthy, capable. These are just a few of the ways coworkers describe this invaluable member of our team. Jai is truly a joy to be around and makes it a pleasure to work with every single day. Jai is an ex-Ranji trophy player for Tamil Nadu and is passionate about developing youth cricket.

TILESHWAR JAIKUMAR NATRAJAN (TJ)
Co-Founder and Coach
With us since our founding, TJ is one of our valuable team members. He brings years of experience training at Middlesex Cricket Academy in London, England but most importantly all the kids love him and he is such a great role model for them. This important skill set will be the forefront in helping our organization grow and succeed.
Cricket Australia trained coach and an ECB trained Umpire. Member of the ECB Association of Cricket Officials.
ALOK SHARMA
Coach
Alok is our specialist batting and spin bowling coach. He is an extremely talented ex-Ranji Trophy player for Punjab. He is a favorite of all the kids and enjoys teaching and loves sharing his wealth of knowledge.
HIMANSHU SHAH
Finance
Himanshu manages all our finance and member-related accounting. Very meticulous and detail-oriented, he takes care of a lot of things behind the scenes to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
BHAVIK KOTHARI
Co-Founder
Bhavik Kothari founded the Midwest Cricket Academy with the vision to create outstanding opportunities for kids to learn and play cricket in the Midwest area and also compete at the highest level. More on a personal level, Bhavik enjoys watching his kids learn the sport he is most passionate about.

BHANU VENKATAPURAM
Communications Director and Coach
Bhanu is one of our youth coaches and an invaluable member of the team. He works with our youngest members and is critical in cultivating interest in sport and skill development. In addition, he also manages our communications and digital presence.

VINAY RAMOJU
Member relations and logistics
Vinay manages relationships with our parent members including on boarding, on go on communication and periodic feedback. He also takes care of organizing cricketing events including planning for tournaments, etc.

PARTICIPATION IN NATIONAL TOURNAMENTS
Our kids participate in multiple national youth cricket tournaments all throughout the year.
PRACTICE SESSIONS
We do regular practice sessions in indoor facilities and outdoor grounds (weather permitting). Our age group ranges from 7-15 years and we place them into small groups based on age and their level of familiarity with the game. Get in touch with us for more details.
